10:00 a.m. A case study: AT shelters, ATC perspective (Karen Lutz)

A discussion of management policies, primitive ethics, coordination with ATPO and Agency partners, etc.

1:00 p.m. Budget, planning, project prioritization (Karen Lutz, Bob Proudman)

A discussion of budget cycle, role of RPC in prioritization of funding, FMSS, information management

2:30 p.m. Assessment data, corridor management, natural and cultural resource management, etc. (Michele Miller, David Reus, Sally Naser, Todd Remaley)

A discussion of the role of clubs and RPC in establishing levels of activity and metrics for performance

Formation of sub-committees: Budget Committee, Corridor Management Committee, Land Use Committee, Natural & Cultural Resources Committee, Meetings Committee, RPC Handbook Committee, Volunteer Development Committee

A discussion of coordination of sub-committees with specific ATC personnel, Grants to Clubs, Grants for Outreach
